1st January 2019 – The Building Regulations &C. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2013 (WALES)

Regulation 15 (for the purpose of the new regulation 25B) is in the respect of new buildings owned and occupied by the public authority

1st January 2019 – The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (UK)

Application of Schedule 3: Categories of WEE covered by the regulations from Jan 2019 and Schedule 4: non exhaustive list of types of equipment covered by schedule 3 and Part 3 of Schedule 8: Reporting information to be supplied by a producer or authorised representative from Jan 2019

15th February 2019 – Drone (Regulation) Bill 2017 (HC Bill 92) (UK)

Bill to regulate the purchase and use of drones weighing more than 5kg.

8th March 2019 – Working Time (Regulations) Bill 2017 (HC Bill 55) (UK)

Bill to make provision for the expiration of the Working Time Regulations 1998

30th November 2019 – Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2018 (UK)

Make amendments to the Air Navigation Order 2016 in relation to small unmanned aircraft.
