Matt has dedicated his career to the health and safety industry. He holds the NEBOSH National Diploma and has a deep understanding of health and safety. For the past 23 years Matt has been advising businesses of all sizes, becoming well respected and highly regarded within the profession. Matt’s also a bit of techie! This coupled with his desire to help SMEs was the catalyst to VISION being born. Alongside Ruth & Charlie, over the past 10 years he has helped build the VISION system and continues to play an active part in its on-going development.

Ruth read Business Studies back in the day and quickly climbed the corporate ladder in city-based financial institutions. But wanting to escape big business and make a real difference, she has spent the past 20 years specialising in developing and growing businesses that provide an array of health and safety services. As well as holding the NEBOSH National General Certificate, she has gained her understanding of the industry from running health and safety training and consultancy businesses. Today she is the driving force behind VISION.

Charlie is a sales and service professional at heart and loves nothing more than finding solutions for clients and developing long-standing relationships. Having worked in the health and safety training industry for over 25 years, Charlie has a general all-round H&S knowledge base. But her specialism is training management over a variety of extended industries, and particularly within the construction and utilities sectors. Now managing director of one of the UK’s leading H&S training providers, she is highly regarded and respected in her field and continues to be influential with many training industry accreditors.
