Drink driving – it’s not worth the risk

In the last 50 years road casualties caused by drink driving have fallen dramatically, but in 2014, there were still 240 deaths due to drink driving – accounting for 14% of all road fatalities.By drinking and driving, you risk your life, those of your passengers and others on the road.

THINK!

A second drink can double your chance of a fatal collision

The Government launched their THINK! Christmas drink drive campaign as of 1st December 2016, specifically targeting young males, as figures show that 62% of drink drivers killed on our roads are young men.

The campaign will target young men through Facebook, Twitter and Spotify, with 5.4 million British males aged 25 – 34 on Facebook alone – the highest single demographic.
